GARLIC PEPPER+HERB - Did you know that many brands of garlic pepper has added sugar, salt, and chemicals? This blend is a true testament when you think of less as more. Provides a superb clean eating experience all its own. Not bland by any means, this salt free blend lends a savory profile to your cooking without any added salt or sugar.
Our favorite suggested uses: EVERYTHANG except fruit, it's great on backed spaghetti squash with vegan feta, chickpeas, red onion, peppers and cilantro and parsley. But it might just surprise you on watermelon and mangoes with our Pineapple Smoked Serrano Spice Rub. Use in cooking and on your table in place of regular pepper.
FENNEL+GARLIC - Made with aromatic spices with authentic Italian flavor profile with fennel and just a smidge of crushed red pepper for a very slight hint of heat but not spicy.
Our favorite suggested uses: Make your own sausage patties. Mix with vegan meat crumbles, or ground turkey and ground chicken, add fresh chopped parsley, sage, and basil and a little vegetable broth and avocado oil. Shape into patties, cook and enjoy.
