MARION'S SMOKEY BLENDS BRINGS SALT FREE NON SPICY ELEMENT - Formerly our smoked paprika blend made with the same special spices. This blend is an adaptation of spices used by Len's maternal grandmother as its origin. Renamed in her honor.
Made with smoked paprika as its base plus an array of 15 additional spices without salt, lends a smokiness to beans, vegetables, soups, seafood, salad dressing, poultry, and meat. This non spicy blend is pantry elevation staple.
Our favorite suggested uses: Try sprinkled on eggs or egg substitutes, avocado toast, stuffing or dressing, seafood, and collard greens.

All of our BBQ rubs are low sodium and low in sugar without sacrificing flavor. Our rubs can be used separately or combined so that you have unlimited home cooking possibilities and are great for making sauces, seasoning vegetables, marinades, pizza, dressing, and even stir-fry. As a general rule, a tablespoon of dry rub per pound of meat and half that amount for fish or vegetables. You can always add more later once dish is ready to sprinkle as you would a finishing salt.
Honey Chipotle Rub - Salt Free - Part of our Sweet Heat collection, this rub lends the optimal balance of smokiness from chipotle powder and luscious mellow sweetness provided by the honey which also makes this a vegetarian spice
Our favorite suggested uses: Black eye peas with vegan sausage, sprinkled on sweet potatoes, mixed into dips, oven baked fries. And is a winner for chicken and fish. Not loaded down with salt, Once the rub as been applied, let the blend settle in the fridge for 20 minutes up to 2 hours. The honey granules helps to form a slight crust during cooking. Because salt is already in the mix, you don’t have to worry about adding any other marinade to further enhance flavors.

Pineapple Smoked Serrano Rub -Low Salt - Part of our Sweet Heat collection, this rub uses the complex exotic flavor of Demerara sugar which is sourced from Hawaii with roots connected to the Guinas and the African island Mauritius. Not to be confused with brown sugar, its slightly amber hue lends a bit of crunch with subtle molasses flavor profile. Pineapple juice powder, dried apple cider vinegar powder, and Serrano, gives a smoky, flavor with citrus undertones where the sweetness and tartness is balanced by the heat.
Our favorite suggestions: Crispy stir fried organic tofu served with snap peas and water chestnuts, jackfruit nuggets, homemade pineapple cilantro dressing, sauerkraut, Brussel sprouts, roasted vegetables, great for stove top and oven cooking but is top notch for everything you wanna throw on the grill.
Ingredients: Pineapple juice powder, organic garlic, California sweet paprika, organic smoked red Serrano, Demerara sugar, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, organic coriander, organic ancho powder, and citric acid.
Smoked Applewood Chipotle Rub - Low Salt - This blend is slightly sweet but has magical elements of smokey peppery flavors with the presence of chipotle and black pepper. The heat is not so much, but more of a compliment to balance the sweetness.
Our favorite suggested uses: This is perfection when you brush olive oil on a portabella mushrooms then rub with the blend for grilled, baked or broiled Bella burgers. We love this on guacamole, corn on the cob, asparagus, sweet potatoes, potato salad, rice, Brussel sprouts, and meat protein such as bison or steak.
