Gratefulness is a Mindset

It’s stated that being grateful is a feeling of appreciation felt by and/or similar positive response shown by the recipient of kindness, gifts, help, favors, or other types of generosity, towards the giver of such gifts. But what if the intended giver and recipient equally was you?  

Some things I know for sure about life, nutrition, wellness:

💠Our thoughts guides our actions. Expressing gratefulness inwardly and outwardly creates connectivity to a higher vibration of self. This act alone is preparing you to manifest and expect goodness. 

Know your need, speak your need, do your footwork, wait for the outcome.

Affirmation: Life itself gives me abundant blessings to be grateful for.

💠 We all have shortcomings. Being honest with yourself prepares you for openness to grow mind, body, and spirit.

Affirmation:  I let go of my painful past feelings of myself. I recognize the good in life and in me.

💠 Having an accountability partner/group keeps you in a place of integrity, honesty, and motivation. Your success is not measured by what everyone else is doing. Your life is measured by the work you are doing on yourself from the inside out.

Affirmation: Life wants the best for me and I allow loving support and happy events to enter my world.

💠 Tribes by Design helps you SHINE! Commit and agree to hold space for one another. When you are within an extraordinary group that wants you to win as much as you want it for yourself, your journey changes.

No one succeeds alone. I repeat, no one succeeds alone. And guess what? You get to decide what “success” looks like for you.  

Affirmation: I am attracting the right people in my life. 

💠 Show up. You don't know what you don't know when you're not there. You are worth the effort of self-love and the experiences that comes with face to face relationships you are building and it is extraordinary.

Affirmation: I am open to change my circles in order to change my life. 

💠 Your tests in life are testimonials. It's not a pity party (I'm truly not down with that). It's about the recognition that when there is crap on the lawn someone has to be proactive and pick it up, throw it away, wash your hands if it, and move on.

Share your breakthroughs and breakdowns someone will be blessed by them.

Affirmation: I am attracting love and joy from all areas of my life.

💠 Shifting is necessary. You have to be willing to accept that your old way of doing things isn't working for you.

There is no shame in not being perfect. No one is and that mindset keeps you from being great. 

💠 Own your worth.

Live it. Speak it. Do it.

💠 Share your special uniqueness.

Honorably celebrate who you are. There's only one you and how freakin' awesome is that.

💠 Report your wins in life.

Everything begins with your self thought. Trying starting each day and even throughout the day with an intention of mindful gratefulness.
