Everything Bagel Dill Green Beans
Nothing like fresh greens beans in a new way. I’m gonna admit it, I’ve never been a big fan of green bean casserole I feel like it hides the beauty of the taste of this wonderful veggie. Without all the traditional “sauce” for them this lighter, brighter version is a delightful balance of flavors
1 lb. fresh green beans, ends cut off
1/2 cup vegetable broth
handful garlic, chopped or minced
1 onion, chopped or minced
Olive oil
3 Tbl Miyokos vegan butter
3 Tbl Everything Bagel+Flaxseed spice blend (salt free)
2 1/2 tsp Dill Onion+Herb spice blend (low salt)
Instructions
- In a pot, on medium heat, add olive oil, onions, garlic. Sauté 1-2 minutes stirring to make sure garlic does not burn. Add green beans, Dill Onion+Herb spice blend and broth.

As soon as the beans are cooked, about 15 minutes, stir in butter and add Everything Bagel+Flaxseed spice blend. Stir well so that all beans are covered. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly. Add a dash or two of both spice blends on top.
